Jessica Leaptrot is originally from Dodge County and now resides in Cochran, Georgia. She attended Middle Georgia College where she earned an Associateís in Early Childhood Education. Coach Leaptrot then attended Valdosta State University where she earned a B.S. in Education and Masters in Communication Sciences and Disorders. While at Valdosta State, she cheered on the two-time Small Coed II National Champion competition cheerleading squad. She earned her Specialist in Curriculum and Instruction at Piedmont University. Coach Leaptrot is a Speech Language Pathologist at HCHS.

Coach Leaptrot has coached the Varsity Competition and Sideline Cheerleading Squad at Houston County High for 9 years. During her time coaching, she has won 8 Region Championships and earned 3 State Runner-Up titles and 2 third place State finishes.

Coach Leaptrot has been married for 4 years to her husband, Bryan Leaptrot. They have three children, Blakely, Grayson, and Kason. In her spare time, Coach Leaptrot enjoys being outdoors, watching football, and spending time with her family and friends.
